The US Postal Service recently raised their fees slightly and we noticed that the international shipping option for First Class mail was removed from Shopify. That has been updated and if you can once again select the First Class option for shipping which is substantially less than the other options. There is no tracking and delivery can be several weeks but if you are ordering $5 of merchandise it won't calculate the postage as $30.  Sorry for the short term confusion and apparent overpricing.
